Far East Organization has two listed arms, Orchard Parade Holdings Limited and Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, and more than 180 privately-held development and investment companies under its umbrella. It has also made major inroads in Hong Kong where its sister company, the Sino Group, has the distinction of being the largest foreign-owned developer.

In the last forty-five years, Far East Organization has contributed significantly to Singapore's skylines, having developed more than 500 properties.

Far East Organization's hospitality division has five hotels under its wing - Orchard Parade Hotel, The Elizabeth, Albert Court Hotel, Golden Landmark Hotel and Changi Village Hotel. Its sister company in Hong Kong, Sino Group, has also restored and converted the historic Fullerton Building in Singapore into a world-class 400-room hotel, The Fullerton Singapore. Far East Organization is also the largest owner-operator of residences with services, serviced residences and corporate housing in the region with about 2,000 units in our inventory. Its developments are spread all over the island in prime locations.

Far East Organization also holds the world record as the only developer to win four FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award: for its " garden" condominium, Gardenville, restored historical commercial property, Far East Square and 1038-unit condominium, The Bayshore and the Fullerton Singapore.

Far East Organization is also actively involved in developing commercial establishments. These include Ginza Plaza in the West Coast, Central Place in Hougang, Riverside Point along the Singapore River and Far East Square; a multi-award winning conservation project located at the crossroads of Raffles Place and Chinatown. It is also pioneering a new live-work-play concept at its mixed development, Central, a landmark project above Clark Quay.

Another innovative initiative is FEO’s Novena Medical Centre, a first-of-its-kind project involving the coming together of the public and private sectors to enhance Singapore’s attractiveness as the healthcare services hub in Asia.

In addition to building quality real estate, Far East Organization through its corporate sponsorship programme actively supports community projects that seek to contribute to the well-being of the society.
